The best way to communicate with your office with general questions is through the Patient Portal. On the patient portal, you can send your practice a message, request an appointment, view your lab results and much more.
Our Portal Support Team is here to guide you through any technical questions you have about using/accessing the patient portal, such as resetting a password and showing you where to find information. To contact our Portal Helpdesk please call 866-779-3655 Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or by emailing a message to firstname.lastname@example.org.
For prescription refills, please call your pharmacy directly – Coastal is no longer handling prescription refills over the phone. For all other medication questions, please contact your practice. Coastal’s Pharmacy Team is here to help.
In many cases, yes. Please speak with your practice manager at your current Coastal practice and she/he will assist you with your request.
