2020 Salute to Health

2020 Salute to Health Cancelled

Dear community friends and donors:

The COVID-19 pandemic has brought unprecedented challenges to Newport Hospital, our community, and all those we serve. During this public health crisis, decisions that respect social distancing guidelines will help save lives. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the surge or length of the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, it is with the community’s safety in mind, that we made the very difficult decision to cancel this year’s signature event, A Salute to Health, originally scheduled for July 8, 2020 at New York Yacht Club Harbour Court.

We are all in this together, and now more than ever, we need your support. Although we will not gather for this special event, we ask that you hold strong with us on this journey to ensure the five-star excellence in patient care and the breadth of services you have come to rely on at Newport Hospital.

Please consider re-designating your ticket purchase or sponsorship gift(s) to A Salute to Health in support of Newport Hospital’s greatest needs. Your unrestricted gift will be 100% tax deductible.

Thank you for your consideration and understanding as we chart this path together.

In good health and gratitude,

Durand Signature

Crista F. Durand, MBA, FACHE
