“Special Education Rights - An Overview for Parents” Hosted by Bradley Hospital on Thursday, June 9
What: The Bradley Hospital Family Liaison Program is offering a free parenting workshop titled, “Special Education Rights - An Overview for Parents.” The session will be led by Bradley Hospital and attorneys from the Roger Williams Pro Bono Collaborative, a program that connects law firms, attorneys and law students to community organizations that need free legal services for their organization or its clients.
As part of the Pro Bono Collaborative’s special education project, Attorneys Brian Fielding and Cassandra Feeney of Adler, Cohen, Harvey, Wakeman & Guekguezian, LLP will provide an overview of the Individualized Education Program (IEP) process for families of children with special education needs and answer attendees’ specific questions.
The event is free and open to the public; registration is requested. Babysitting service is available for attendees who pre-register.
