Annual Dunkin’ Donuts Iced Coffee Day Initiative Raises More Than $143,000 for Hasbro Children’s Hospital

On August 2, local Dunkin’ Donuts franchisees and Hasbro Children’s Hospital leadership celebrated the results of this year’s Iced Coffee Day during a special on-field ceremony at McCoy Stadium prior to a Pawtucket Red Sox game. The annual local initiative to support Hasbro Children’s Hospital raised more than $143,000 for the hospital in 2017.

In what has become one of the largest community fundraising efforts to benefit Hasbro Children’s Hospital, more than 250 Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants across Rhode Island and Bristol County, Massachusetts hosted Iced Coffee Day on May 24. Franchisees donated $1 to the area’s leading pediatric hospital for every iced coffee sold at participating restaurants that day.

Since its inception in 2010, the annual fundraiser has raised more than $1 million to support Hasbro Children’s Hospital.
