Coming Soon: Lifespan Urgent Care to make RI debut in Warwick

Rhode Islanders who have come to trust Lifespan and its affiliated hospitals for delivering health with care will soon be able to access the same high-quality service for minor medical conditions at a nearby Lifespan Urgent Care.

The opening of the first Lifespan Urgent Care in Warwick in September will provide area residents a convenient and quick way to seek care for minor illness and injuries. The facility will be located at 17 Airport Road (at the intersection of Warwick Avenue, Hoxsie Four Corners).

Visiting Lifespan Urgent Care, a program of Lifespan Physician Group, has the added benefit of seamless access to a patient medical records on the MyLifespan patient portal as well as to Lifespan emergency services, primary care providers, and specialists if needed.

For even more convenience, patients will be able to register online and reserve a time slot.

Lifespan Urgent Care will be providing treatment for adults and children 18 months and older. Among the injuries and illnesses, we will help with are:

Stomach upset and diarrhea

Insect bites
Immunizations
Sports physicals
 

Clinic hours will be 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, Sunday, and some holidays. (Closed New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.)

Lifespan will soon be announcing the date of the opening of the Warwick facility as well other Lifespan Urgent Care locations.
