Natasha Sokol, PhD, completed a doctoral degree in social epidemiology at the Harvard School of Public Health. Her research focuses on modifiable factors contributing to inequities in the consequences associated with drug use across the life course and intergenerationally. She is particularly interested in women's health, and is currently studying the relationships between social adversity, stress, and substance use in early motherhood.
