We highly value our patients and strive to make certain that they fully understand the nature of their illness and its treatment.

The center is affiliated with The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine and is the first center in New England to be accredited by the Pulmonary Hypertension Association (PHA) as a Pulmonary Hypertension Comprehensive Care Center.

We offer advanced diagnostic testing, including but not limited to cardiopulmonary exercise testing, cardiac catheterization, cardiac magnetic resonance imaging, advanced echocardiography, and comprehensive lung function testing and imaging.

The center offers all therapies currently approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, including oral, inhaled and continuous infusion medications. Access to new investigational therapies is also available via several ongoing clinical trials. When appropriate, our patients have access to advanced surgical therapies such as mechanical circulatory support, endarterectomy and lung transplantation.

We participate in many national and international clinical trials of novel therapies and conduct research into the causes of pulmonary hypertension.
