Gino A. Paolucci, ACNP, is a board-certified acute care nurse practitioner at the Rhode Island Hospital Comprehensive Stroke Center. Paolucci earned his master’s degree in nursing from the MGH Institute of Health Professions in Boston.
Paolucci is trained in emergency medicine, focusing on critical care and clinical management of stroke patients. Currently, he is the lead advanced practice provider for stroke and interventional neuroradiology at the Rhode Island Hospital Comprehensive Stroke Center. He is actively involved in stroke specific education of EMS professionals and advanced practice providers and is interested the improvement of stroke systems of care.
Additionally, Paolucci holds certifications in Fundamental Critical Care Support and Emergency Neurologic Life Support. He is a member of the Rhode Island Stroke Task Force, Society of Neurointerventional Surgery, and the American College of Nurse Practitioners.
