Meryl Moss, MPA, EMHL, serves as Chief Operating Officer of Coastal Medical, a primary care driven Accountable Care Organization. With 25-years of healthcare experience, Moss provides the insight and leadership necessary to continually explore new ways to deliver high quality, cost effective, patient-centered care to 120,000 patients in 20 medical offices across Rhode Island.
Moss also focuses her expertise on building a corporate culture that fosters employee engagement and accountability. She believes this is the foundation for achieving service and clinical excellence, and the way to ensure that the services delivered by Coastal Medical are consistent with the organization's mission.
Moss is also an accomplished public speaker. She presents to groups across the nation on a wide range of leadership and healthcare topics.
Moss studied economics at Boston University, received her Master’s Degree in Administration from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government, and is a 2015 graduate of the Brown University Executive Master of Healthcare Leadership Program. She is the 2017 Providence Business News C-Suite award winner for Chief Operating Officer, Large Private Company. She is also an Adjunct Professor at Bryant University.
