Nikki Serpa, RN, CDOE, is the nurse care manager for the Diabetes and Endocrine Disorders in Pregnancy Program at the Women’s Medicine Collaborative. A registered nurse, Serpa earned her bachelor of science degree in nursing from Rhode Island College. She is a certified diabetes outpatient educator (CDOE).
In her role as nurse care manager, Serpa works closely with patients to help them manage their diabetes. Serpa serves as a patient advocate and empowers patients to take an active role in managing their health conditions during pregnancy.
