Rajeev Shah, PharmD is a clinical pharmacy specialist in infectious diseases at The Miriam Hospital Infectious Diseases and Immunology Center. At his site, Shah works as a part of the multi-disciplinary team to provide care to patients living with HIV, HBV, HCV, and those requiring outpatient antimicrobial therapy. He also is a member of the Lifespan Antimicrobial Stewardship Program Committee.
