Charlene A. Tate, MD

Charlene A. Tate, MD, MS, is a neurologist at Rhode Island Hospital and an associate professor of clinical neurosciences at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. She won the Dean’s Excellence in Teaching Award in 2017.

Dr. Tate specializes in epilepsy treatment and electroencephalography (EEG). She is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, the Rhode Island Neurological Society, and the American Epilepsy Society.
