Kristen Wesbecher, PhD

Kristen Wesbecher, PhD, is a neuropsychologist at Rhode Island Hospital with expertise in counseling and clinical neuropsychology. Dr. Wesbecher previously held positions at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston and NYU Langone Medical Center-Brooklyn. Her practice spans the comprehensive evaluation and treatment of adults presenting with a spectrum of neurological conditions, including memory and movement disorders, stroke, traumatic brain injury, and epilepsy.

Dr. Wesbecher earned her doctorate in counseling psychology from Seton Hall University and a master’s degree in mental health counseling from Pace University. She completed her internship in clinical neuropsychology at the University of Florida’s Health Science Center, followed by a postdoctoral fellowship at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University.
