William Christopher Muse, DO, grew up in Maryland and developed a passion for medicine at a young age. Combining that with his interest in athletics and the health benefits of an active lifestyle, he decided to pursue a career in Sports Medicine. During his training, he gained extensive experience in the management of musculoskeletal injuries and non-operative orthopedic care in individuals of all ages and fitness levels. He also provided game coverage for high school and college football and basketball, high school hockey, and for the Cleveland Indians' AA affiliate Akron Rubber Ducks. Additionally, he provided medical coverage for multiple races and marathons within the greater Northeast Ohio region, including the Akron Marathon Race Series and the Northern Ohio Marathon.

Dr. Muse's philosophy is to work together with his patients to identify each person's unique goals, educate them so that they have a strong understanding of their diagnosis, and then create individualized treatment plans to help them lead active, healthy, and fulfilling lives. Outside of the office, Dr. Muse enjoys spending time with his family, playing piano and guitar, hiking, and gardening.
