Helping Families Navigate an Array of Services

Families coping with their child’s condition -- such as autism spectrum and related disorders, behavioral health concerns, developmental disabilities and other medical and physical conditions -- struggle every day to find the services they need.

Through our program, you have access to the staff, resources, and support that will help guide you and your child. Three Cedar, a family center, offers a direct link to the care coordination that fits each family’s needs. 

We are a “one-stop shop” for your family, providing assessment, referrals and resources to help guide you during a difficult journey. At Three Cedar, we tailor an action plan to the goals you set for your child and family, and you’ll play a key role in making decisions about the plan. Cedar is a Medicaid product and is meant for children from birth to age 21.
