Ashley R. Brown, PhD

Ashley Brown is a psychologist Bradley Hospital. She has extensive experience researching child and adolescent psychological issues, such as social anxiety, oppositional defiant disorder, and obsessive-compulsive disorder.

Prior to joining Lifespan, Dr. Brown was a psychologist with the University of Massachusetts Medical Memorial Medical Group and an assistant professor in the University of Massachusetts Medical School’s department of psychiatry.

She earned master’s and doctorate degrees in psychology from the University of North Carolina Greensboro. Dr. Brown completed a pre-doctoral clinical psychology internship in the clinical child-pediatric track and a post-doctoral pediatric psychology fellowship at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. 

Dr. Brown is a member of the Society of Pediatric Psychology and the Society of Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology.
