Why Is There a Wait Time?
We work hard to keep wait times as short as possible for everyone.
The emergency department is always open to any patient with health concerns. We will check and examine everyone, and we will help with as many problems as we can.
However, there are times when the ED is very busy, and we must always treat the most dangerous emergencies first. Many patients who arrive by ambulance are waiting in another area that you might not be able to see.
