There's Always Time for Family

We encourage your loved ones to be with you throughout your stay. Family members can accompany patients into the room, though there may be times when we need to ask family and friends to wait outside the treatment area. With your permission, our staff will do their very best to keep your guests informed.

Our social workers are available for additional family needs and our case managers assist with both inpatient and outpatient services.

As the patient, you must inform your care team if anyone is going to call to receive a status update on your condition. Please be specific about who will be calling and his or her relationship to you.

In the waiting area there are vending machines as well as Au Bon Pain, a cafe that serves hot and cold drinks, soups, salads, sandwiches and bakery items.

Public bathrooms are located throughout the center, including in the waiting area.
