Lifespan Community Connection

Lifespan Community Health Institute (LCHI) brings you “Lifespan Community Connection,” a monthly video program featuring Lifespan experts and providers involved in LCHI initiatives to promote health equity and reduce health disparities in our surrounding communities.

Lifespan Community Connection is hosted by Carrie Bridges Feliz, Lifespan vice president of community health and equity. The series is conveniently accessible online 24/7 on Lifespan’s YouTube channel.

“We created Lifespan Community Connection for southern New Englanders, and anyone around the world for that matter, to easily connect to the wealth of health guidance we provide daily through our programs.” Bridges Feliz said. “Community Connection supports our goal to help people achieve their optimal state of health.”
