From the North

• Take 95 South to exit 39B (North Main Street)
• At the top of the exit, take a left onto Smithfield Ave
• Stay in the left lane
• At the first light, take a left onto Collyer Street 
• The Lifespan Ambulatory Care Center is on your right

From the South

• Take 95 North to Exit 39B (North Main Street)
• Take the first of two sub exits before the bus station (Cemetery Street)
• Cemetery Street turns into FROST Street
• At the light, take a left onto North Main Street
• Stay in the left lane
• At the light, turn left onto Smithfield Street
• At the first light, take a right onto Collyer Street
• The Lifespan Ambulatory Care Center is on your right

From the East

• Take 195 West to 95 North
• Take Exit 39B (North Main Street)
• Follow directions from "From the South"

From Route 146 South

• Take the Branch Ave exit and bare left at the light
• At the light, take a left onto North Main Street
• Follow North Main Street, staying in the left lane
• When you pass Walgreens on your left, move into the far left lane
• At the light, take a left onto Smithfield Ave
• At the first light, take a right onto Collyer Street
