  • 1 heaping cup mixed berries, frozen
  • 1 small, ripe banana, sliced and frozen
  • 2-3 tbsp. unsweetened plant-based milk (may use more, if needed)
  • Suggested toppings: unsweetened coconut flakes, chia seeds, hemp seeds, nuts or all-natural nut butter, granola, fresh fruit, and/or goji berries


Yield: 1-2 bowls Time: 5-10 minutes

Add frozen berries and banana to a blender and blend on low. Slowly add milk and blend on low again until the mixture reaches a soft serve consistency.

Scoop into serving bowls and sprinkle on desired toppings.
