Update: Does my child have RSV, Cold, Flu or COVID-19?
With so many illnesses appearing during the fall and winter months, it can be difficult to tell which your child is experiencing.
The American Academy of Pediatrics articles, below, provide helpful insights about these viruses and what actions you should take:
- Differences between RSV, COVID-19, Cold and Flu
- RSV Frequently Asked Questions
- RSV Symptom Checker and Guidance
If you have questions about your child's health, please contact our office first – before going to the emergency room.
Narragansett Bay Pediatrics was started in 1986 by Dr. Celeste Corcoran. It is our pleasure to serve the healthcare needs of your children and family.
Our team consists of a team of pediatric clinicians (i.e. physicians and advanced practitioners) and a comprehensive care team, including a nurse care manager, medical assistants, medical secretaries, and practice manager. We also offer Behavioral Health Counseling on-site.
Each member of your care team is committed to providing patients and families with high-quality, patient-centered care in a comfortable, safe, and friendly environment.
Our practice includes all aspects of pediatric care from newborn through adolescence, including the first college physical. We emphasize preventive medicine and provide care and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses. Because our doctors and nurses work together as a team, you are assured continuity of care 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
We are proud to be recognized as an NCQA Patient Centered Medical Home and a BCBSRI certified Safe Zone.
Please feel free to contact our office if you have any questions!
