Lifespan Employee COVID Vaccination Program

We strongly encourage all unvaccinated employees to take advantage of all vaccination options, including the many convenient community locations, that are available to you immediately. Please see information below on locations offering vaccination.

• The Lifespan Community Health Institute is offering walk-in employee vaccination clinics on Thursdays from 3 to 5 p.m. at their Prairie Avenue location (335R Prairie Avenue, Suite 2B, Providence) beginning Thursday, 8/12.  Call 401-444-8009 for more information.
   
• The Rhode Island Department of Health site lists available community locations across the state, many with no appointment necessary. Check https://covid.ri.gov/vaccination for the most current information and links to state-run vaccination sites, private pharmacies and retail outlets, including CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, Stop & Shop, and more.   
   
• Lifespan Urgent Care, located in Warwick, Providence and Middletown, is offering the Moderna vaccine on a walk-in or appointment basis. Get more information or schedule an appointment »

Additional employee clinics are being scheduled for hospital campuses and for off-campus Lifespan locations around the state. More details will be forthcoming as these are finalized.
