By joining our two practices, we are able to increase patient access to primary care services and offer an on-site Brown University Health laboratory with extended hours.
As of April 4: The Garden City lab has permanently closed. Patients can visit our nearby lab at 1500 Pontiac Avenue in Cranston, now open until 4:30 p.m. from Monday through Friday.
April 28 to May 18: Patients with appointments during this period will be contacted about a week before their visit to reschedule at a temporary location, as applicable.
Starting May 19: All appointments and lab visits on or after the move date will be held at the new location.

To accommodate our patients’ needs, we offer in-person or telehealth adult sick visits from our office (during office hours) or through Care365 (evenings, weekends and holidays). Note: Care365 is NOT a walk-in clinic, appointments are required.

Our practice provides comprehensive adult primary care services that support the health and wellness of our patients, including preventive care and chronic disease management.
Our team consists of clinicians (i.e. physicians and advanced providers), medical assistants, medical secretaries, a nurse care manager, a clinical pharmacist, and a practice manager. Each member of your care team is committed to providing you with high-quality, patient-centered care in a comfortable, safe, and friendly environment.
