Aisha Ashraf, PharmD, primarily practices inpatient pharmacy at the Miriam Hospital in Providence, RI. She also participates in a number of ambulatory care activities including the complex derm clinic, transitions of care, medication therapy management for pulmonary and cardiac rehab patients, and staffing at Lifespan Pharmacy. In addition, Dr. Ashraf precepts numerous introductory and advanced doctor of pharmacy students from local schools of pharmacy.
