Alison Kelley, MSN, RN, CPEN, is the education coordinator at Hasbro Children’s Hospital emergency department and serves as an assistant professor at the Community College of Rhode Island.
With 18 years of pediatric emergency nursing experience, she is skilled in adult learning and recently developed a successful new graduate nurse residency program in emergency services for Lifespan. In 2021, she was named Rhode Island Monthly magazine’s Clinical Nurse Educator of the Year.
She obtained a master’s degree in nursing education from Sacred Heart University and a bachelor of science in nursing from the University of Connecticut.
