Anne-Marie Galvin, BSN, RN, is a patient navigator in the Lifespan Cancer Institute at Rhode Island Hospital. She is a graduate of Community College of Rhode Island, earned a bachelor of science degree from Southern New Hampshire University, and is currently enrolled in a master’s degree program for quality. She is a member of the Joint Commission champion team at Rhode Island Hospital and an active member of the Association for Professionals in Infection Control & Epidemiology (APIC). Galvin works closely with breast cancer and gynecologic cancer patients at the Lifespan Cancer institute. She helps patients and their families navigate the healthcare system and their continuum of cancer care.
