Audrey Tyrka, MD, PhD, is the co-director of the COBRE Center on Stress, Trauma, and Resilience (STAR) at The Miriam Hospital. Dr. Tyrka is also a professor and vice chair of the Department of Psychiatry and Human Behavior at Brown University, director of research training in the Brown University psychiatry residency program, chief scientific officer at Care New England, and a psychiatrist at Butler Hospital.
