Donna Lee Houle is a Rhode Island Parent Information Network (RIPIN) parent consultant/family resource specialist in the Rhode Island Department of Health Birth Defects Program. She is certified as a Rhode Island community health worker. Her role is to minimize social and cultural barriers among community, health and social services.
