Eric Carver, PhD, DABR

Clinical Radiotherapy Physicist

Eric Carver, PhD, DABR, is a board-certified clinical radiotherapy physicist with the Lifespan Cancer Institute at Rhode Island Hospital and an assistant professor of medical physics at Brown University. He is a diplomate with the American Board of Radiology.

He earned a doctorate in medical physics from Wayne State University in Detroit and a master’s degree in nuclear engineering from the University of Missouri in Columbia. He completed a residency in radiation therapy physics at the Henry Ford Health System.    

Dr. Carver has presented at numerous conferences and collaborated on medical research published in academic journals. He is a member of the American Association of Physicists in Medicine.
