Janette Baird, PhD, is an associate professor of emergency medicine (research) at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. Dr. Baird has a doctoral degree in experimental psychology and has a particular interest in behavior change research and statistical modeling.

Dr. Baird has been a co-investigator on more then 25 federally funded studies, most focusing on unintentional harm, and a PI on several recent studies examining the effects of clinical interventions related to the opioid overdose crisis. Dr. Baird has co-authored 120 peer-reviewed journal articles.
