Kellie Armstrong, MSN, RN, FASMBS-IH, CBN, is the program manager of the Center for Bariatric Surgery at The Miriam Hospital and an Integrated Health Fellow for the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery (ASMBS). She received her bachelor of science in nursing from Rhode Island College and her master of science in nursing from the University of Rhode Island. She is certified in nursing administration and the disease process of obesity.
As program manager, she oversees the day-to-day management of the Bariatric Surgery Program and serves as liaison and care coordinator between the hospital, surgical program, and other aspects of the Multidisciplinary Bariatric Surgery Program.
