Lisa Cohen, PharmD

Lisa Cohen, PharmD, is an associate professor of pharmacy at the University of Rhode Island with a research appointment at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center and community practice relationships with CVS and the Rhode Island Department of Corrections. Dr. Cohen focuses on utilizing pharmacists for diabetes and cardiovascular disease in group education/disease management, technology, and community site pharmacy interventions.  Her research has involved pilot studies evaluating interventions for diabetes, heart failure, and community medication therapy management.
