Morgan Wynes, PharmD provides clinical pharmacy services for inpatient pediatric hematology/oncology patients and participates in multidisciplinary rounds at Hasbro Children’s Hospital. He serves on the oncology subcommittee and on a committee to develop and review evidence-based, standardized chemotherapy order sets.
