Rosa Brito earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Rhode Island College. Prior to joining Lifespan, she worked with several community organizations before beginning her career in human resources. Brito joined Lifespan in 2018 with the talent management team.
In her current role, she coordinates the Workforce STAT Nursing Assistant and Mental Health training programs. In addition, Brito works to create and carry out strategies to align with the organization’s needs.
