Timothy Kelly is a simulation operations specialist with the Lifespan Medical Simulation Center. He is a retired Central Falls firefighter/EMT and a former 911 operator with nearly 20 years of experience in emergency services and management. Kelly received his bachelor's degree in computer science from Southern New Hampshire University.
