Physician Assistant

Allegra Bernardo Matook, PA-C, MSPAS, is a physician assistant practicing primarily in breast and gynecologic malignancies. She has been with the Lifespan Cancer Institute at Rhode Island Hospital since July of 2019. She received her bachelor of science in biology at the University of Rhode Island and master of science in physician assistant studies at Bryant University.  In addition to caring for breast and gynecologic malignancy patients, Bernardo sees patients with skin/melanoma malignancies. Her strengths are in symptom management, survivorship counseling, and patient/family education. She understands the importance of patient participation in their care.
