Amy Maselli, MD, is a fellowship-trained plastic surgeon who practices at Lifespan Physician Group Plastic Surgery.

Dr. Maselli earned her medical degree at Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, DC. She served her general surgery residency at New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn, followed by fellowships in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center in Burlington, Massachusetts, and in reconstructive microsurgery at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston.

She is certified by the American Board of Surgery, and board-eligible for certification by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.

Among Dr. Maselli’s honors, she received the Dr. Leslie Wise Award for Most Outstanding Resident from the department of surgery at New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital.

She has conducted clinical research in bariatric and trauma surgery and has coauthored numerous articles in peer-reviewed medical journals.

Dr. Maselli is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Association of Women Surgeons, and the American Society for Reconstructive Microsurgery, as well as being a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Sigma Xi, the scientific research honor society.
