Celine Saade, MD, is an ophthalmologist at Lifespan Physician Group Ophthalmology Services. She earned her medical degree from Saint Joseph University Medical School in Beirut, Lebanon. She completed a residency in general surgery at the Hotel Dieu de France, a preliminary year in internal medicine at Staten Island University Hospital, and a residency in ophthalmology at Rhode Island Hospital and The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. Dr. Saade also completed a medical retina fellowship at Boston University Medical School. 

Dr. Saade’s research interests include reticular macular disease and topical glaucoma therapy. Her work on these subjects has been published in peer-reviewed articles, book chapters, and case reports. She is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology, and the Rhode Island Medical Society.
