Dana L. Egan-Sherry, MD

Pediatric Hematologist/Oncologist

Dana Egan-Sherry, MD, is a pediatric hematologist/oncologist with Hasbro Children’s Hospital.

Her current research is supported by a National Institutes of Health T32 training grant and focuses on the persistent symptoms in pediatric pulmonary embolism and bleeding disorder evaluations in children.

She earned a doctor of medicine degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and completed a fellowship in pediatric hematology and oncology at the UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. Her residency was in pediatrics at Hasbro Children’s Hospital.

Dr. Egan-Sherry is a member of the American Society of Hematology, American Society of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology, the Hemostasis and Thrombosis Research Society, and the Foundation for Women and Girls with Bleeding Disorders.
