Danielle M. Cohn, PhD is a licensed psychologist at the Adult Partial Hospital Program at Rhode Island Hospital.

She received her doctoral degree in clinical psychology from American University in Washington, D.C. She completed her predoctoral internship and postdoctoral fellowship at the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center (LSUHSC). Before joining Lifespan, she served as an assistant professor of clinical psychiatry at LSUHSC, as well as the associate training director of the LSUHSC psychology internship training program. She also works as a clinician at DBT NOLA in New Orleans, Louisiana, where she provides individual and group psychotherapy services.

Dr. Cohn has extensive training and experience in delivering evidence-based treatments, including dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), and exposure-based therapies across multiple settings and for a variety of presenting difficulties. She also has a strong commitment to clinical supervision and training.

Dr. Cohn is a member of the Association of Psychologists in Academic Health Centers, the American Psychological Association, and the Association for Behavior and Cognitive Therapies. She is licensed in Rhode Island and Louisiana.
