Elnaz F. Firoz, MD

Elnaz Firoz, MD, is the medical director of dermatology at The Miriam Hospital. She is also the associate program director for the residency training program at Brown University, teaching both Rhode Island Hospital and Roger Williams Medical Center residents. She earned her medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. She then completed her preliminary internship in internal medicine at The Mount Sinai Hospital in Manhattan, followed by her dermatology residency at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University.

Dr. Firoz has an interest in complex medical dermatology, pediatric dermatology, as well as inpatient dermatology. She has received numerous medical awards including the Arnold P. Gold Humanism in Medicine Award. She has been a member of the American Board of Dermatology since 2013.
