Pediatrician

Emily Allen, MD is a board-certified pediatrician and a member of the adolescent medicine team at Hasbro Children's Hospital. She is an assistant professor at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University.

Dr. Allen received her medical degree from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine and received her master’s degree in health policy from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. She completed her residency in pediatrics and a fellowship in adolescent/young adult medicine at Boston Children’s Hospital/Boston Medical Center.

Dr. Allen has additional training in sexually transmitted diseases (STD) clinical care, as well as addiction medicine. She is a member of several medical societies including the American Academy of Pediatrics, the Society for Adolescent Health and Medicine, and the Gold Humanism Honor Society.
