Galina Lagos, MD, a board-certified hematologist/oncologist with Lifespan Cancer Institute, sees patients at Rhode Island and The Miriam hospitals. 

Dr. Lagos earned a medical degree from Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City. She completed both her residency in internal medicine and fellowship in hematology and oncology at Columbia University Medical Center. Dr. Lagos was the recipient of the 2021 American Society of Clinical Oncology Annual Meeting Merit Award, and the 2018 Critical Care Resident Award from Columbia University Irving Medical Center.

Dr. Lagos is currently a member of the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Society of Clinical Oncology.
