Jared Astrow, DO, is a primary care sports medicine physician who focuses on a holistic approach to maximize the function and health of active individuals of all ages. Dr. Astrow has been trained to provide ultrasound-guided injections and non-operative care for individuals with acute sports injuries, chronic disorders, and pain conditions.

Dr. Astrow completed his physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at MedStar Georgetown National Rehabilitation Hospital in Washington, DC. During this time, he provided sports coverage for Division 3 colleges and high school football in the DC, Virginia, and Maryland regions. Following residency, Dr. Astrow completed his Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship at the University of Virginia. While in Charlottesville, he provided sports coverage at the Division 1 level, including UVA football, basketball, lacrosse, and many races in the community.

Dr. Astrow has always been drawn to athletics, growing up as a gymnast competing at the national and international levels.
