Jie Tang MD, MPH, is an associate professor of medicine (nephrology) at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. Tang earned his medical degree from Medical College of Georgia and completed his residency at Emory University Hospitals in Atlanta, Georgia. He also completed a fellowship in nephrology at Massachusetts General Hospital and earned a master of public health degree from Harvard University School of Public Health. Dr. Tang is board certified.
