Kyle Nuland, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon with Lifespan Orthopedics Institute. He completed the adult reconstruction fellowship training program at Columbia University Medical Center, and a residency in orthopedic surgery at Einstein-Montefiore Medical Center, both in New York.

Until joining Lifespan, Dr. Nuland was the administrative and education chief of the Montefiore orthopedic residency program.

Prior to medical school, Dr. Nuland was a medical technician at the Orthopedic Institute in Gainesville, Florida, where he worked with surgeons specializing in plastics, hand, and total joint, gaining an interest in what would become his specialties.

Dr. Nuland has several research articles published in Hand and the Journal of Hand Surgery
