Linda Brown, MD, MSCE is physician-in-chief of emergency medicine at Lifespan and division director of pediatric emergency medicine. She is also a professor of emergency medicine and pediatrics at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. She is currently the vice chair of pediatric emergency medicine for the department of emergency medicine. Dr. Brown served as the director of the Lifespan Medical Simulation Center from 2016 to 2020.

Dr. Brown received a bachelor of arts degree in biology from Colby College and a medical degree from Pennsylvania State College of Medicine. She completed a pediatric residency at Hasbro Children's Hospital and a fellowship in pediatric emergency medicine at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. During her fellowship, Dr. Brown also received a Master's of Science degree in clinical epidemiology from the University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Brown is a well-published researcher, with a focus on improving pediatric resuscitation through the use of medical simulation across healthcare settings.
