Obstetrician-Gynecologist

Lisa Rameaka, MD, FACOG, is an obstetrician-gynecologist who has provided care for women for more than twenty years. Dr. Rameaka received her bachelor’s degree and medical degree from the University of Vermont. She completed her obstetrics and gynecology training and chief residency at Baystate Medical Center. Within three years of practicing, She became a founder for South County OBGYN, Inc., and went on to build a center for women’s health on the southern coast of Rhode Island.

Dr. Rameaka has held several executive and board positions in healthcare systems for over fifteen years, pushing healthcare teams to provide safe and high-quality care to all patients.

She is a principal investigator in women’s health research and a women’s healthcare consultant to healthcare systems, industry, and investors.

She is a member of the North American Menopause Society, the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health, and the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is passionate about closing the healthcare gap for women and providing the highest quality of care that all women deserve.
