Mriganka Singh, MD

Geriatrician

Mriganka Singh, MD, a geriatric medicine specialist with Lifespan Orthopedic Institute, sees patients at Rhode Island and The Miriam hospitals. 

She is the physician lead of geriatrics with The Total Joint Center and of the age-friendly health system initiative, both at The Miriam. She holds academic appointment at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University.

Previously, Dr. Singh was Interim Chief, Division of Geriatric Medicine and Palliative Care at University Hospitals-Cleveland Medical Center, Ohio. While there, she served on the faculty of the Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in the Division of Geriatric Medicine and Palliative Care. She has interest and experience in hospital and system level QI initiatives and serves as the Course Director for Measurement in Quality Improvement at Brown School of Public Health.

Dr. Singh is a member of the American Geriatrics Society and on its ethics committee. In addition, she is an ad hoc reviewer for the Journal of Geriatric Orthopedic Surgery & Rehabilitation.
